From your complaint here, we notice that you haven’t personally gone through this issue and
that it is a third person account. We would also reach out to your HR friend in CTS to kindly
refer the link below before getting all excited about your reviews. He can go ahead and take any
legal action, but before that ask him to check with his company because he will be shocked as
well to know that CTS does have all legal documents signed up with Mazenet. If he is really
working there he must be aware of who his company does business with before making
comments.
So let’s move forward my friend. We are mandated to train and hire freshers from colleges to
on-board in companies like CTS. Mazenet has already completed the training and on-boarding
cycle for more than 200 candidates who are happily placed in CTS, all over India. We are rapidly
adding more candidates for this year 2018 intake. The only criteria here is that the candidates
who join our train and hire model have to complete the training and assessment test conducted
in the end. Even if the candidate is not able to pass the assessment test, he/she is given more
time to take the test again.
Murugaindra, looking at your complaints history on this forum, you have taken it upon yourself
to defame Mazenet and some other companies for reasons that we are not aware of. In the last
120 days, we have witnessed your random accusations targeting Mazenet which are not true at
all. Were you a student in our train and hire program? Or did you attend our pool drive?
What we suggest is that you should come to our office in person some time for an open
discussion. We can find out what your problems are and how we can resolve it. We have all the
necessary documents to prove you wrong.

CTS and before you go around accusing someone it would be prudent to verify your
