I am a student and short of finances.
So i enrolled for online work from home job to earn some money and support my expenses. I enrolled for form filling job at mb india services limited, having its register office at w/74, bhimnagar, aurangabad, maharashtra 431002.

According to the contract, if i was not able to complete the work or not maintain accuracy, i had to pay utility charges of rs. 4900. I was not able to complete the work, and so i paid rs. 4900 as charges.
Now, their advocate is saying to pay rs. 15000 more and issued a notice of rs. 30000, which was not mentioned in the contract document. Kindly help me with this situation, as they are threatening a legal procedure on this.

For criminal contempt you need to pay rs. 5, 00, 000 and section 2 (C) shall be imposed on you. For non adherence of both contempt, case will be provided to ministry of law and justice and department of legal affairs for contempt of an arbitrary tribunal for section 17 shall be imposed on you and you've to pay notice amount of rs. 50, 00, 000 which would be served to you on "bharat ka raajpatra" i. E. Gazette of india notice format. Your agreement was made between you and company as per an indian contract act 1872 as per section 17. You have signed digitalised agreement as per an it act 2000 and we have your acceptance letter with us too. Section 294 shall be imposed on you for using profane and slang words via telephonic conversation and email conversation.
If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay for total loss to our client.
This would be compulsion for every client who breach this contract. So, please try to understand the situation and make payment to our client as early as possible. Our client is sole proprietor company and once you not make payment then an arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per article 14 is mend to safeguard them. So, we advise you to cooperate and pay this amount as early as possible.
Your cooperation is required for making payment to our client or else you need to get ready to face for legal consequences.
