MCD — Complaint against street dogs

This is to inform you that I am a resident of Z-II, Welcome Colony, Delhi-53. There are more than 20 street dogs in our colony. The population of dogs in our colony is increasing rapidly. They not only bark the whole day but do irritate most of the people. We hope and expect you to send a van and catch these dogs as soon as possible. Looking forward for your corporation.
