MCD Dog Squad — Dog Bites

Sir, I am a resident of Defence Enclave (Vikas Marg) and wish to bring to your notice the increasing menace of stray dogs. They have been frequently biting people without any provocation. I have been bitten twice. And as you know that the RABIES VIRUS is not something that should be dealt with lightly because it is lethal and capable of taking lives. We, as citizens of the society cannot live in fear everytime we step out of our homes. So, I sincerely request you to give due consideration in this matter and find a solution on an urgent basis.
