MCD — Dogs in colony

sir, i am a resident of MTNL staff quaters in rohini sec-3, near jaipur golden hospital, delhi. our colony is full of dogs and dangerous to all. They had bitten some of the residents and workers. people are not safe. if Dogs are not taken away many people will suffer from rabies or will go hospital for treatment soon. its very unsafe and risky to travel alone here. please make a solution soon.
