A.kumar. — Illegal encroachment of public/ govt. Road
The owner of B-41, Amar colony, Lajpat Nagar-4, New Delhi-110024 has illegally encroached the Govt./Public road on the side of their house & put fence also. They have constructed cemented floor also on encroached road. Further they have constructed private gutters/manholes on the encroached road & raised 300 mm (approx)high & 13 m (approx) m long platforn on the road their by reducing the road width causing a lot of inconvenience to residents & traffic & also parking problem. We request the South Delhi MCD authorities to get the road freed from illegal encroachment
