For Kind attention of the Municipal Commissioner, South Zone The sewer line in the service and back lanes of G- 79 Saket New Delhi- 110017 remains blocked ever since MCD has got the sewer line replaced 4months ago( it was a sue-motto action from MCD side.). Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.Despite repeated complaints up to the level of Executive Engineer( names withheld) of the area, the issue has not been resolved. They( the MCD workers) have visited the site on numerous occasions and I fail to understand as to why have they not been able to resolve the issue. The MCD workers demands from the residents to arrange pumps to pump out the water from sewer line and show helplessness to arrange the Machine to open the chocked line but indirectly show willingness to arrange the same for some consideration. It has adversely affecting the safety of our building as the sewer water flows freely into the Basement seeping through the ground and is also a health hazard for residents living in the vicinity.It is becoming a very embarrassing problem for all of the resident living in this area and the whole area has been converted to a foul smelling dumping area. Moreover, almost every sewer line is blocked in the vicinity of that above mentioned address.Despite repeated complaints up to the level of Executive Engineer( names withheld) of the area, the issue has not been resolved.
