I have a commercial vehicle so I have a RFID tag . At the time of recharge .I saw that all details in MCD toll App are fake .when I provided all original documents at the time of issue ing tag.
So I request you to resolve my issue.

Kindly inform to you today our vehicle no.DL1LT2854 enter at kapasera border on 11.27am.
The vehicle was empty and inform to toll person and payment Rs.1500 deduction from my account by online.
As per toll person Rs.700 will be refund in your account but we have not get refund in our account till 1.55pm.
Please help and arrange refund in our account.

Is This your Law. Is your government.

Sir my lorry number HR 55AA6431, on 14 December 2019, lorry enter from Badarpur border there was rice in lorry.which is green tax free, but my green tax has not been refunded yet

i recharge. my RFID MCD TAG FROM UPI PAYMENT MODE payment debited by the. bank but. tag not recharged i am also. waited many time but still not recharged i rechareged the amount of 200 on the RFID tag but RFID TAG BOT RECHARGED please help me out of this setuation..

Jab MCD ne RFID tag compulsory kar diya hai to sensor bhi laga de taki auto deduct ho jaye fayada kya hua jab fuel and time utna he lagna hai hamara, apka employee mobile me gaadi number feed karta hai tab tak uska internet gul ho jata hai fir o dusre ko bolta hai fir kehta hai cash dedo maine kaha sir tag ke ander se he nikal lo cash. Uneducated employee hai toll plaza par no dress no manners no ID cards, late night to had he kar dete hai, MCD receipt me operator I'd me operator kyu mention hota hai need answer operator I'd me uska id hona chaiye, that means usne hame blend receipt pakda diya, jiska amount sidha unki pocket me gya.
Bohot acha kiya MCD ne RFID tag kar diya, but kuch employee uska bhi jugad nikal lenge, bata denge tag sensor kharab hai server down hai cash pay kardo.

Dear sir, I Kulwant Kishore, my Vehicle no. DL1RTB6570 Driver this vehicle, it is to inform you that you have cut wrong toll of my vehicle on 05/02/2021 at DND TOLL and the timing shown on massage I.e. 3:04 PM which was delivered by you yesterday but at this time I was at my home with my vehicle, kindly check and refund me the Toll which was wrongly cut by you yesterday.
