MCent — 99000 mcent point is deducted without recharge

I had done a recharge of my jio number on 12/10/18 worth 99000 mcent point. Point is deducted from my credit point but recharge is not done. It is showing "recharge received" inot my mcent browser activity option till now though i do not get any kind of recharge confirmation message from my jio no. Then i called jio customers service they said any kind of recharge request is not received in my jio no. Now what i will do?

Sir I am parmjeet of your mcent customer but your mcent point has gone or my no.is no rechargeable at this points and points Leps so I say that my is back again in mcent .I shall be very thankful to you for this . My cell no. [protected] jio no.

Sir my recharge is not done but point deducted and also point is not back
