recharge not successful

I have collected 125000 points for which i am supposed to get 250 talktime recharge. But i am not receiving recharge. Kindly please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I have taken lots of efforts in collecting it. I am trying very hard but not receiving recharge. I have also shared this apps code to my friends and i have collected points with lots of efforts. not receive my referral points

no talk time recharge offers.

I hand done recharge with mcent before. But nowi have some 100000 points but there are no talk time recharge offers. There only data packs available. What should i do???
In past i got three recharges of rupees 30 each and now there are no topups available now. Only data recharge shown.
Is there any issues with my account or anything else. There is 10% off offer....

recharge pending and failed all time

Sir, i have enough points in my mcent account for top up. But recharge is always failed. Sir you have cheated with us. This is a case of fraud. Please solve my problem and help to get my top up. And one thing more i have tried around 20times to send you email but it was not send. Please help me otherwise we will reoprt it as sapm. remove numbers, attached with my account

I have an mcent account on this number [protected]. There are several numbers attached with my account. They can handle my account. So i want to remove those numbers, attached with my account and operate my account myself only. I earn points by surfing the internet and they use the coins without informing me. getting low rewards and didn't get permission to change number.

I use it over many days but now i'm stucked with a problem. Now i get low rewards. All day i work hard but can't earn more than 2000 points. But some days before i can earn easily 4000 to 5000. I am complaining about "mcent browser".

I have done a recharge "3" days ago using my mcent points. Though being 3rd day the recharge has not be done yet. And also my mcent points have been deducted and it also shows that your recharge has been done. I have already mailed them before but got no response from them.

I have done recharge on 22nd oct 2018 but not received it till now. As company says that we have to wait for 72 hours for recharge but it took more than 72 hours but still not done. This is an airtel operator number. I just want to know why it is done so. As your team had not done recharge, how can it be shown successful and points are deducted but recharge is pending. So your company should show it pending not successful....

pending recharge on jio number

I had done a recharge of my jio number on 25/10/18 worth 1, 24, 000 mcent point with 50%off. Point is deducted from my account and recharge is not done. It is showing "recharge pending". Removing the registered another mobile. Number is not done. How to remove anther number in mcent browser please send me it's problem solution. And then you have to take me another solutiono.
