MCent — Balance in my account is showing 0

This is to inform you that in my mcent account i had a balance of somewhat 250rs. And moreover i regularly updated your app.

To my surprise today after updating and logging in my mcent account i found out that my account is showing 0 balance and i havent recharged in my mobile number.

I hope you will look in to this matter as soon as possible and revert me back with a positve reply

Mcent can't open my device. But some time ago its worked. Now i want to open its app.
