MCent — I am compiling a recharge issue

Sir i had done recharge of 198 on my jio no-[protected], but points get deducted and recharge not done, please solve this issue. I had done this recharge on 5 january at almost 7 am but still it does not showing that recharge is done. Please don't cheat customer like this. If recharge is not done then mail us the reason why recharge is not credited on my jio number.

When i m going to register mobile no.in mcent browser the next step is enter otp, but otp on my no. Never received. For this i m also contact with my mobile no. Customer care but they said to me that it is the issue of mcent browser not ours. Kindly resolve this issue.

My mcent points are not increasing despite o[censored]sing it alot . initially it was increasing but after 5000point from registration to now it have stopped increasing in mcent points which is making me frustrated and thinking to uninstall also...
