MCent — mcent is not doing recharges what he says in his advertisement

Sir,
Please help me...my mcent browser is not doing my rechages. I have collected so many points by lot of hard work and now it is not helping me at all. I am trying to do a jio 399 recharge but it is not doing it is not giving any reaction. I am clicking on the recharge icon but recharge is not happening. Sir please help me with any solution. I really wanted this recharge to be done urgently but now it is not doing. I have been waited for so long to do this recharge but now all I have is lot of sadness. I have collected these points fairly and I have not done anything illegal to collect points. I have just invitedy lots of freinds. I have suggested this app to lots of people. I have complemented this app lots of time and advertised this app in front of many people. But now I will be a liar in front of those people because mcent is not doing what he said. Mcent is not doing my recharges so please help me.
