MCent — mcent otp is not coming on jio number

My name is dinesh i m from uttarakhand (India).
I m not receiving otp on my jio no.[protected]

When i m going to register mobile no.in mcent browser the next step is enter otp, but otp on my no. Never received. For this i m also contact with my mobile no. Customer care but they said to me that it is the issue of mcent browser not ours. Kindly resolve this issue...

I have sufficiant points of recharge for 365 days for jio no.[protected], but when i tried for recharge then always showing issue"Unable to process your request at this time"
please solve this issue, why does not recharge.

Sir i m using mcent app very long time. but now app is creating points increasing problem.
mcent points increasing 2000 points in one day. sometimes this app only 100 points increasing in one day.plz sir help me
my points are not increasing fastly#
