MCent — mcent recharge not done though my mcent point is deducted

I have done a Vodafone recharge of rs 200 by using mcent point on 13th october 2018. Recharge is declined by mobile operator due to the plan was stopped from Vodafone. But my mcent point is deducted from account and displays recharge received in my mcent browser activity tab. But recharge is not done and i did not get any confirmation message in my vodafone number about any kind of recharge. Please help in this regard...
