MCent — Mcent top up not received

I topup my mcent registered number [protected] (kolkata Reliance CDMA) recharge ammount 100 rupees. Mcent show Recharge is successful but still recharge not received & mcent balance is deducted. Rechare done on[protected]. Please solve my problem.
