MCent — My account is not getting top-up

I have installed and registered successful in following app 1-Chaatz 2-Mobile money 3-Free talktime But till my is not getting top-up I have registered successfull many times but still my account is not top-up . Regarding this I have replied to mcent support but still its same and they are not even replying.
