MCent — no receive point

I have not bee receiving my 15000 point wen friend and family registration install and use mcent using my share link a few people have used my link to register 5 that i know of all sat beside me i helped them nd never got my point please sort this out contacting facebook support is useless as they just say they have submitted it to america it's been a week already and no point get this sorted out plz
