MCent — no receive points

I have not been receiving my 15000 points wen friends and family register install and use mcent using my share link a few people have used my link to register 5 that i know of all sat beside me i helped them nd never got my points pls sort this out contacting facebook support is useless as they just say they have submitted it to america its been a week already and no points get this sorted out pls
