MCent — no received points

Have not been receiving my 15000 points wen friends and family register install and use mcent using my share link a few people have used my link to register 5 that I know of all sat beside me I helped them nd never got my points pls sort this out contacting Facebook support is useless as they just say they have submitted it to America its been a week already and no points get this sorted out pls
