MCent — not received coins properly

My point doesn't increase properly, therefore my 50% offer was end and now it's 25% but point are not increasing. Even i used mcent daily, and do everything which i could do from chrome or elsewhere but my point not increasing that's why i am not able to recharge. I heard from my friends that in mcent points are increasing about 5000 to 6000, and i get only 700 or 1500 or 1700 or 2000 etc. P lease help me in this regard.
