MCent — Payment not received

Dear Sir,

My mobile no. +91-[protected] and my email id is kachwala.[protected]@gmail.com
i hereby complain for the above mentioned app for not giving me the credit for the apps i have installed . It has been one week since i have not received my Mcent credit in my M cent account.
Instead of writing countless emails to them, they are still not replying my query and giving my credit. I have also given the screenshots for the same.

Kindly look into the matter.
