Sir i cant recharge my points available in my account . Available points in my account are 449.444 when i recharge my points available in my account it shows that recharge on its way depending on operator
So I request you please help me to resolve this issue

I use mcent browser and earned point for recharge, I recharged my jio number-[protected] of Rs-399/- on 07/11/2018, my earned point redeemed but recharge not done by mcent.i severally wrote regarding above mentioned issue but I didn't got any reply and still my issue not resolved.
