MCent — point redeem but recharge is not done

I am a user of this app with registered mobile number [protected]. I have recharged my mobile number [protected] with rs.349/- (With new 50% less offer) plans by redeem 174500 points on 26.09.18. At 12.30am my points is redeem and it is showing successful but @349/- recharge has not added on my [protected] mobile number. I calling jio customer care but they are saying that no recharge request apply them of rs.349/-. Please help me to get rs.349/- recharge in [protected]. I have earned 174500 points working very hard in this apps. (I don't understand why mcent create this problem).

I will recharge 200 rupees with my airtel number but recharge is successful in mcent but the amount will not credited in my movile number what is the reason u can solve my problem immediately

Log in nhi jo rha hmy account [protected] jio ka ha. NUMBER verify karna ka bad koi OTP Nhi aata ha. aur photo ma ha vo interface run karta ratha ha next kuch nhi hota ha plz help me
