I have requested to recharge my mobile no 91-[protected] on 28th nov 2018 for rs. 198 plan. Points deducted but mobile has been not recharged until now.in mcent app there is no space for complaints. I tried to mail my concern to mention company through help column but not successfully posted to company's site. Mcent has not provided any helpline email. Why my mobile no has been not recharged until now? Please resolve my issue.
