MCent — points deducted but recharge not done.

I am a user of mcent app with registered mobile number as [protected]. I have recharged mobile number [protected] (Airtel) with Rs.300/- talk time plans by redeeming 150000 points on 26.09.18. My points have been deducted and it is showing successful also but Rs.300/- talk time has not been added on [protected]. I talked to Airtel Customer Care but they are also saying that no recharge of Rs.300/- has been done. Please help me to get Rs.300/- talk time in [protected]. I have earned 150000 points working very hard.
