MCent — points deducted but recharge not successful

My phone no [protected] is recharged with 98000 mcent points on 28.09.2018. Points debited from my account. But recharge not success.
Again i have recharged to day 10.10.2018 with mcent points. 98000 points debited from my account. This time also recharge not done. Pl rechage and return my points. Your cheating the people. Pl do justice for me.

I can't recharge using my mcent point in this case it show me to enter your number in the number box but i can't unable to enter
