MCent — points deducted but still recharge not done.

My mcent account number is [protected]. I made a recharge of 50900 points on my another number which is [protected] but due to 50% discount 25450 points were deducted from my mcent account. I made this recharge on 27 october 2018 but neither i got any recharge on my number nor my points were returned in my account. I have already send an email regarding this but i did not get any respose. Please refund my points in my account. Hoping for a positive response.
