MCent — recharge not completed when I have recharged my phone.

There is a offer in my mcent browser that if i collect 1, 49, 000 points then i can recharge my phone by unlimited packs i have recharged on 24th dec. There is a t&c that recharge is done by 72 hours and i have completed my tat also but recharge is not done. Kindly look into this and i have attached the screenshot of recharged. Kindly do the needful.

Hi, sir I used mcent browser for ten days Mera refer and earn points pahle 65000points tha an wo 4000 points ho Gaya mere registered friends ke paise nahi Mill rahe he mere points bad bhi nahi rahe hai please grow my points and referral points pahle ki jaise Kar dijiye
