MCent — Recharge not done

Subject: Recharge not success : Dear sir, This is refer to the above subject. i am a user in mcent my mobile no is [protected]. i have recharged my mobile on[protected] at 11.00am for rs 100 of my mcent balance is credited in my account but recharge not success till date i had a word with customer care executive on same day he says some technical issues in the site that was recharge not success the same will be refunded in 7working days but till day i have not received any amount in my account. kindly do the needful
