MCent — recharge not received but points are deducted

I have done recharge on 22nd oct 2018 but not received it till now. As company says that we have to wait for 72 hours for recharge but it took more than 72 hours but still not done. This is an airtel operator number. I just want to know why it is done so. As your team had not done recharge, how can it be shown successful and points are deducted but recharge is pending. So your company should show it pending not successful.

Please give me 5000 points I use 30 days but don't give 5000 points what reason you thinking not give 5000 points me mcent use kar raja hu aur usme likha ki 30 din use karne par 5000 point milega phir 30 days jaisa huwa toh nahi mila aisa kyon mujhe 5000 points Dene ki kiripiya kare

Mcent browser ke point kam milte hai 3000 se uper nahi milta so please point limit badava do.mai apka poorana customer hoo.

Hello sir l recharge on Jio sim 197 package from m cent browser Date =22/10/2018 . After 3 days passed I didn't receive recharge.My point also cut from my account. Many mail sent to m cent browser on this problem . but they don't answer or solve this.My mobile jio number=[protected]

I am facing this problem since last 9 days. I did my recharge on 22/10/18. And i didn't recieve my recharge yet. Please solve this issue. My points have beem deducted but i didn't got my recharge. And i wrote more than 5 emails to mcent. But they didn't took any actions. This is too much i thought mcent browser is trusted.
