MCent — recharge not successful

I have collected 125000 points for which i am supposed to get 250 talktime recharge. But i am not receiving recharge. Kindly please resolve this problem as soon as possible. I have taken lots of efforts in collecting it. I am trying very hard but not receiving recharge. I have also shared this apps code to my friends and i have collected points with lots of efforts. Waiting for your positive action. I hope so that i receive recharge as soon as possible.
