MCent — recharge not successfully done

I earned 100000 points and when i recharge them to my mobile then it display please wait for sometime till now so i requested you to resolve my problem. Either give my points back or complete my recharge successfully. This recharge give talktime of 200rs.in 100rs. With 50 % discount. This is my humble request to resolve my problem without any delay please...

I collect points for recharge of 100 rupees and recharge then it takes sometimes then i complain but now there is successfully recharge shown in activity but i have not get my money please solve my problem.
