MCent — recharge points deducted but recharge not done yet.

I have recharged for 30000 points to my Airtel account number [protected] on 3rd July 2018.This is my second time recharge, first time recharge was successful on 30th June 2018. But this time the recharge not done yet.I am little bit of confused.so I am heart fully request you to solve the problem as quickly as possible so that I can use the mcent browser regularly.Thank you.

I do a recharge on my mobile no but not succesful and the balance becomes low in my mcent account so please help me
