MCent — recharge problem with mcent

Hello dear, i am lokesh, i recharged recently through mcent browser points on [protected] jio number, by mistake i recharged a plan which doesn't apply to my number, the browse is showing that i received the recharge, but i didn't actually receive it as that particular plan doesn't apply to my number, so requesting you to provide my points back or some other solution, but i collected points for 5/6 months and recharged my number, kindly help me dear.

Recently (3.10.2018), I am recharge with this app amount ₹ 200( 50% fewer point offer ). But not received my recharge amount. please help me.

I invited my friend on mcent browser and he download it and use it above 10 days. But still i does not get referral points... Plzz give me my referral points mcent please... Mcent... Please plzz..

Dear sir
I have shared mcent browser and my freinds downloaded this app with my link and my share code . I have just get the points of 4 members but 5 are pending from last month .

and they are using event browser now also .
can I get the points of refer or not .
please tell me
