Hello dear, i am radheshyam, i recharged recently through mcent browser points on [protected] jio number, i recharged a plan which doesn't apply to my number, the browse is showing that i received the recharge, but i didn't actually receive it as that particular plan doesn't apply to my number, so requesting you to provide my points back or some other solution, but i collected points for 3/4 months and recharged my number, kindly help me dear...

And in ment browser it shown "topup success" but
Actually recharge is not received
Sir please resolve the issue.

Hi sir me mcent pichle 8-10 din se use kar raha hu.pehle points barobar increase ho rahe the par ab 1 bhi points increase nahi ho raha, sirf news feed me 20 ya 40 points hi increase ho rahe hai please help me sir...
