Top up of 20 rs on this no recharged on 20/oct/17 and the are showing recharge is received but no amount is credited to my number kindly credit recharge on my number or refund money this is the complaint plz plz give my recharge if not and i have seen worst aap in my life maha radi aap so i have used many times mcent in few years alwys took lots of recharges but this time not got any charge

Hello sir, I am not registered to my mobile with a new number In mCent browser .my device was already registered with another number. I don't know that particular number(which i gave 3yrs back)...How can i recovery old number or register with a new number.
Please solve this registration problem of mCent browser.
