[Resolved] MCGM — Water Bill Payment issue

On 15-Jan-2021, I have paid online on MCGM site for water bill CCN - [protected]@0360115, and the amount of Rs.3228/-(including Interest charges) got deducted from my saving’s account, but the same has not been updated in the MCGM database. There has been no refund and no contact number given in the MCGM to ask about failed transactions. Kindly verify and sort the issue at the earliest.

On 08-Feb-2021, I have paid online on MCGM site for water bill CCN - [protected]@338873, and the amount of Rs.4034/- got deducted from my Credit Card, but the same has not been updated in the MCGM database. There has been no refund and no contact number given in the MCGM to ask about failed transactions. Kindly verify and sort the issue at the earliest.
