MCS Limited — processor of duplicate share certificate of heg ltd not provided by rta

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself, Mr. KAMAL KUMAR JAIN, S\O late Mr. Sohal Lal Jain, I have requested you earlier for provide the processor of issuing Duplicate share certificate of HEG LTD under folio no.[protected] qty.) as per conversation with your executive due to lost of original shares certificate i have sent request letter, copies of Share certificate\Proof, PAN card & Address proof copies duly self attested as on date 24/09/2018.I also declare that my address has been changed from 68, NALINI SETH ROAD, KOLKATA- 700007 as per your record and now at present FLAT NO. S-1, PLOT NO. 115, KIRTI NAGAR, TONK ROAD, JAIPUR-302018 a per DP record so kindly consider. Still i have not received reply. As per conversation with your executive due to reply they siad that we have send your reply your old address so you send us a mail we will send you soft copy.I have send mail also on this mail ([protected]@mcsregistrars.com). I have not receive the reply yet.
