We purchased the MSwipe machine in the month of Feb 2020.
Since I was dissatisfied with their sales, service customer care and all.
I tried connecting with them through customer care, which got connected after making several calls and took three days.
I requested them to close my account and take the machine back, I also queried for deductions made on my last transaction which was of Rs. 66000/-.
First they could not answer the query why they deducted 539/-, later on they are saying it is AMC, which they did not inform or took consent from us. Under the head of AMC they are providing nothing. Also when we are asking them to close the account and take the machine back they are continuously forcing us to continue and saying the machine engineer will come from Mumbai so it is going to take a lot of time.
We request you to kindly take some serious action against them and help us get the account closed also get us the refund back that has been deducted unnecessarily.
