This is mohammed sarfaraz i am working with spadeworx software services ltd (Employe id s1070342) and having corporate medical insurance policy. I have submitted 2 claims to medimanage for my wife's near about 3 months back and still did not get status on that, i was keep following up with customer care via e-mail and calls but did not any proper response. I have submitted all the original documents as per the reimbursement policy but still waiting for long to get the amount. They don't even bother to understand the problems we are facing and giving false statement to customer Was this information helpful? |
