I placed an order from #or2863eua-001a to #or2863eua-014a.
Some of the orders i paid thru online. Here are the details
#or2863eua-001a - ₹539.39, or2863eua-002a - 1192.36, #or2863eua-006a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-008a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-009a ₹1087.50,
#or2863eua-012a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-013a ₹1087.50, #or2863eua-014a ₹1160.00
These are the order number and respective amounts paid in online, but the delivery agent said that it wasn't updated so i paid through google pay. Rs.4070 to gpay mobile no [protected] and rs.8776 to mobile no: [protected].
Now, i complain about this on 07/09/2020 about this. On that day, one of the delivery agents said i mistakenly collected here and refunded the amount of 5440 rs. Now, if we tally that still 923 should be refunded. If i call the customer support agent they are saying that i will receive the call within a day and no one called. And the people who answer the emails are less dextrous.
One of the agents didn't even understand what is the problem and he is like the worst nightmare. He is saying that company policy is 5-7 working days to process the refund and bla bla (Like repeating) i am posting this because what they are doing is not an ethical and good way to make money. They are calling unnecessarily all the time for taking orders and when we order them their email service is not good and the contact number provided is paid service (You have to have the balance to call cs number). This is a very simple problem and they are making it very, very complex.
I could also see that many of the people here complaining about this issue. This is the worst behavior by companies like medlife. They will either go bankrupt within year if they follow this strategy Was this information helpful? |
