On 23rd Oct I received couple of calls from Medlife telemarketing for order and I placed order with one of them over phone for which they shared an SMS link of razorpay for payment & I paid Rs. 3, 981.33/- . After payment they cancelled the order & when I called customer care they told don't worry it'll be refunded in couple of days.
I had waited till 27th Oct but no refund received then I called customer care again and executive informed me to share transaction details with customer care by mail and they'll let me know when I'll receive my refund and also mentioned that I should mention order # "006A", accordingly I shared details however now (6th Nov) they are telling they have not received my online payment.
Looks like Medlife has some connection with fraudsters or co. itself fraud 1st they'll call customer, get order & payment then cancel the order and take the money and on complaint they'll say simply not received customer payment. Don't know how it'll be solved, I want my hard earned money back. Was this information helpful? |
