I placed a order on 13.04.2020 & its number was or6698gjb-001a the app suggested deliveries on 16.04.2020, i called up the customer care on friday 17.04.2020 the lady said that my order will be delivered by 19.04.2020 max, i made my payment in advance using my cc, but till date i have not received my medicines, also now when i am calling their customer care the calls are dropping, never expected that companies like medlife can be such a fraud, if they do not have sources for deliveries why are they accepting orders from customers & why dont they refund the money as indian railway has done.
