I ordered medicine on 14th March 2 medicine and amount was 530 rs. I made payment through credit card on same day and amount was deducted from my account and I got some error page at that time. I also write you on write to us page but I didn't get any update on that. Now I know that 1 medicine is not available from your end and for other one you want money from my sid again. How can it's possible and please let me know where is my money which deducted from account?
I never seen this type of pathetic service ever. First of all they have chargeable customer care number and after 5-10 min connect to executive and after heard my complaint he disconnected the call. Again I have to spent money to connect with executive. After this 2nd executive not ready to provided the complaint number for this. After he arrange call back after that some lady called me and she confirmed that transaction was not successful but not ready to confirm me on writing. Only verbal confirmation I got from there end.
How can I fight with hdfc credit card on the basis of verbal communication of medlife executive. No one is responsible for any issue each and every person will throw to other departments and no one is eligible to give you surety. I think they people are worked before in SBI bank. Same response as sbi bank employee, no intention to solve the issue. If they are genuine and don't have money then they should respond me in writing when I raise complain about them.
I never seen this type of pathetic service ever and I recommend to everyone that don't buy from here we can't trust on that people who don't care about customer. I took follow-up on mail from last 1 week but still didn't get any reply after confirmation on mail.
