Medlife — Refund of returned expired medicines

Received expired hairgro forte tablets on 25th aug 2020 after a month delayed delivery, requested for return of the expired medicines and pickup completed on 27th aug 2020, since then im continuously contacting customer care service via both telephonic and email but they are not processing my refund, everytime i call they tell 3 to 5 working days. They are fraudsters and cheaters they are not giving acknowledgement and a date for a refund of amount. Order ID: OR0271VVB-001A
