I had ordered 2 units lantus inj. Cartridges on 1 april, 2020.
I was delivered a substitute without any known brand name and a different molecule.
Hence i returned the medicine and pick up was arranged on 3 april, 2020.
However, i have not received any refund to my payment source or medlife wallet since 15 days.
I am not happy with the kind of lethargy when it comes to consumers money refunding.
