After multiple unsuccessful attempts of card swiping, i had to pay cash for my purchase of Rs.891/- But amount already deducted from my Mother's bank account once and received SMS. When approached the store, staff and supervisor suggested to wait for 24 hours for the reversal. The next day staff returned the money through GPay, after verifying our bank statement. He requested to return it again, if in case there's a reversal from the bank side. Definitely agreed!
But it's been more than 5 days now, but he's insisting to reverse the amount by calling through mobile or sending payment requests through Gpay. It is really very embarrassing. There's no reversal till date from bankside and i don't think they should reverse, as the transaction was successful. Please check and make sure these suspicious card swiping doesn't happen again.
For one purchase, a customer can afford only one valid payment.
Please co-ordinate with your staff to resolve his accounts.
