[Resolved]  Medplus India — Delay in receiving Lab reports due to delay in submission by Sample collector :as accepted by himself

To be honest we are not sure on from where we must start the complaint from :
1) Sample Collection was rude and NOT WEARING MASK ! Wasted out time waiting at the doorstep talking rudely
2)Finance staff kept calling us during Pongal(Government Holiday in Chennai) minimum 10-12times for getting a payment however when it is their chance to help us with the Lab Reports, the Agent tells us that they have forgotten to handover the sample and one of the Main tests will take 48hours for the same.

Even after payment they have been torturing us with innumerable phone calls which is horrendous on their part .

3) We now wonder why the hell we opted for MedPlus which is taking 72hours for a report which is deposited in the hands of a customer within 24hours throughout India.
Also your team is allowing such careless staffs to work with Samples of your valuable customers
This talks amounts about your Customer Service in depth!

4) Upon asking for the reports- the Finance team tried to safeguard the Sample agent and once the day has come to an end they're letting the cat out of their bags
Inspite o[censored]s informing them repeatedly that Dr. has her own timings and we have our appointments with the Dr-your front desk staff as well as the Sample collection team informed us the reports will be given on time

However upon enquiring at the end of the day, the agent informed us that the Sample has not yet been sent and reports will be delayed hence accepting the mistakes.

This is for a pre-pregnancy situation.

I can only imagine how your beautiful team would have been SWIFT when someone pregnant would be waiting for their reports, as your agents speak casually about lab reports day in and day out.

Because of your CARELESS TEAM, I as a patient loose my valuable appointments with my Gynaecologist.
