[Resolved] Medplus India — Forcing customer to buy Glucipro powder for diabetics

This is the 3rd time we have been tricked.
My brother / cousin and my self went to purchase regular medicines for diabetics for mom. For each one o[censored]s they coerced to buy Gluci Pro Powder stating. 20 percent discount. We had to return the item as the doctor does not want the patient to take it.

But knowing ur policy of no return refund. We had to end up buying other item for exchange price.

This is getting ridiculous as we customer s are being tricked into buying items not required.

600 rs is no small amount especially in these hard times with the pandemic.

Please escalate and have the same addressed.
